Payments for our services are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and applies its own consumer protection and refund requirements.
- Nature of our services
SahabUp provides access to subscription-based SaaS tools and digital services for startups and entrepreneurs, including project management tools, business planning modules, and digital productivity services.
All services are delivered digitally, and access is provided immediately after successful payment.
- 14-day refund policy
In accordance with Paddle’s consumer refund requirements, customers are entitled to request a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial purchase, without the need to provide a reason.
If a refund request is submitted within this 14-day period, the refund will be processed through Paddle using the original payment method.
- Refunds after 14 days
After the 14-day refund window has passed, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Subscription cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, and access to the service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day refund period has expired.
- Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice a duplicate transaction, please contact us with the relevant details (invoice number, date, amount, and email used at checkout).
